The market revolves around Dani Olmo, but the player has made a decision for some time now. Neither calls from some of Europe's most powerful clubs nor rumors about a possible sale have changed his plans. His future remains tied to Barcelona.

The forward has become an important piece within Hansi Flick's project and believes he still has a long way to go with the Blaugrana side. That is why he has ruled out any chance of a change of scenery this summer, despite the interest shown by clubs such as the Arsenal, Manchester City or PSG.

At Barcelona, they value his performance and his ability to adapt to different positions, as well as the influence he has on the team's play. For his part, the Spanish international feels comfortable in the dressing room and fully identifies with a footballing idea that highlights many of his qualities.

When he signed his contract with the Catalan club he had agreed a series of salary improvements linked to participation targets. After meeting the minutes required during his first two campaigns, those conditions will now come into effect and will raise his income starting in the 2026-27 season.

Since his arrival at Barcelona, he has taken part in 88 official matches across all competitions, accumulating close to 4,800 minutes on the pitch. In 53 of those games he was part of the starting XI, a significant figure in a squad with enormous attacking competition. Over these two seasons, he has scored 20 goals and stood out for a trait especially valued by Flick: his commitment without the ball. Pressure after losing possession and defensive effort are part of a profile that fits perfectly with the German coach's demands.

Olmo has been involved in winning two league titles, two Spanish Super Cups and one Copa del Rey since landing at the Camp Nou. A successful run that reinforces his belief that he will keep growing within the Blaugrana project.

Although Europe's big clubs continue to keep an eye on his situation, Dani Olmo does not consider a departure. The Barça has him, and he wants to keep being a key figure in a team where he believes he still has not reached his ceiling.
