Two wins out of two and top spot. Convincing display and comfortable victories for the blaugrana side, who are following the same line as last year both at home and away.

The competition is high in the Catalan squad and there are still no physical setbacks to complain about beyond the long-term injuries of Frenkie de Jong and Roony Bardghji , so Hansi Flick will have plenty to choose from when facing Rayo on Monday at 21:30.

The team's good run doesn't suggest many changes to the starting XI, but competition and the fixture list point the other way, so we could see a return to the XI for an Adeyemi who so far has done everything right, the start-debut of a full Rodri, the rotation in the number 10/second striker role and in defence Kounde and Cancelo could get their chance and allow the coach to give rest to the players who have been starting up to now, the German coach who, as of today, is very happy with all of his lines.

Rayo Vallecano

It is never a good idea to visit the Camp Nou, but it could be especially tough on this occasion. The Rayo players are finding their way into trouble and every day there is something new: they do not even know where they will play their next home match, Pathé Ciss turns up and wants to leave, Álvaro could head for Seville and, to make matters worse, Batalla's injury.

A situation that could change a bit in this final stage of the transfer window, although judging by the level of the signings, it doesn't look like there is much hope. 

From a sporting point of view, Pelayo will partner Lejeune and Cárdenas in goalkeeping, the absence of Isi could be covered by Pedro Díaz or a striker, with Camello moving into the attacking midfield role.
