The Andalusian side travels to A Coruña with their spirits soaring and in a calmness that has not been seen in a long time. The latest signings have already racked up two weeks training with the group, and Luis García Plaza is starting to have a clearer picture and a more defined idea of the possible ideal XI.

There are still two absences: Rubén Vargas and Sangante. The challenge for Sevilla is none other than taking all three points at the home of the season's surprise team and finishing above them in the standings. The media point to Vlachodimos and ten more, along with a defensive base that is either immovable or can only allow for one change for this match: Julio Díaz. In midfield, barring something unexpected, it will be Agoumé and Guridi, both undisputed. Up front, Miguel Sierra is essential for everyone. There is some debate, though, about the left winger position and the striker. That said, no one doubts the presence of Robbie Ure.

Sevilla face a very demanding week. First, they will take on the season's surprise team at Riazor, and on Saturday they host Barcelona at the Sánchez Pizjuán. That is why the possibility arises that García Plaza will shuffle the lineup and give some players a rest. The reality is that it is more feasible to take something positive from A Coruña, but last season the Andalusians pulled off a surprise by hammering FC Barcelona. Why not do it again this time?

The defence is the area of the pitch that the Sevilla coach has touched the least since the competition began, and it does not look like this time will be any different. Guridi, a regular in the Sevilla XI and who came on in the 83rd minute in the previous match, could be the starting attacking midfielder. As a No. 9, despite having good alternatives, the Scot Robbie Ure is the favourite. Along with Miguel Sierra, he is the attacker with the most minutes, and it is precisely the academy product who will be on the right flank according to Diario de Sevilla. The surprise could be Julio Díaz. Competition on the left flank is fierce, but the former Atletico de Madrid man has shown he is up to the task when needed and will battle Correia to be the reference point in that area of the pitch.

Sevilla FC lineup according to Diario de Sevilla: Vlachodimos; Juan Iglesias, Castrín, Kike Salas,Suazo; Agoumé, Fofana; Miguel Sierra, Guridi, Julio Díaz; Robbie Ure.

Shirt number 16 leaves Isaac Romero on the bench

What works is not usually touched. The defence and the goalkeeping of the Seville club have been very reliable, and Vlachodimos, Julio Iglesias, Castrín, Kike Salas and Suazo are to blame. The usual thing is for the five to lead the Sevilla wall. Agoumé and Fofana are the new hot partnership. An outstanding synergy. They have clicked perfectly and give meaning to the team's play; the creation and tempo of the match go through their boots, and the usual thing is that they will be the ones in charge of that again in this round. On the flanks, and despite Correia going from less to more against Valencia, shirt number 16 sees a Miguel Sierra- Félix Correia duo. Isaac Romero was the attacking midfielder chosen by Luis García Plaza, position where Guridi is usually deployed and where it seems he will return from the start. As an attacking reference, Robbie Ure is the most viable option. His numbers since the day he arrived in the Andalusian capital prove it.

So, the lineup picked by Dorsal 16 is: Vlachodimos; Juan Iglesias, Castrín, Kike Salas and Suazo; Agoumé, Fofana; Miguel Sierra, Jon Guridi and Correia; Robbie Ure.

The Sevilla midfielder starts from a change of shape: a midfield with three players and an attack with a single striker - Robbie Ure-, also, with Ejuke on the left flank and Miguel Sierra on the right. The driving force would be the two midfield bosses, Agoumé and Fofana, with Kochorashvili as the third piece. Another major change would be to do without Gabriel Suazo at left-back and give minutes to Julio Díaz. The Chilean has played every minute available, and it does not seem like a bad time to give him a breather.

The starters according to El Desmarque would be: Odysseas; Juan Iglesias, Andrés Castrín, Kike Salas, Julio Díaz; Kochorashvili, Fofana, Agoumé; Miguel Sierra, Ejuke and Robbie Ure.

Comuniate goes with a single striker: Robbie Ure

The Seville side put in a very serious performance against Valencia CF and, by staying persistent, they managed to take the win with 10 minutes left on the final whistle. Given the showing from the eleven who took the field, their commitment and effort, everything points to the Madrid coach repeating the lineup, with two exceptions. The first change expected is that Isaac Romero starts on the bench and Robbie Ure is the only forward. The second is that Kochorashvili returns to the XI after three straight games starting from the bench. Fofana and Félix Correia look set to be in the XI to stay, and the goal and defence are clearer than ever.

Comuniate's starting XI : Vlachodimos; Juan Iglesias, Castrín, Kike Salas, Suazo; Fofana, Agoumé; Miguel Sierra, Félix Correia, Stassin and Robbie Ure.
