The coach confirmed that the centre-back is fit to play after completing the latest session with his teammates.

"He came back from international duty, had a session on Friday and told us he was not ready to play, he wasn't at 100%. We gave him a rest and did some preventive work with him," Terzic explained.

He also added that "this week we have looked for a balance with him; he has been with us partially and today he did the full session, so he is available".

However, he also pointed out that Laporte has practically gone a month without training normally with the group, a detail that could affect whether he starts.

Finally, Djaló returned from international duty with an infectious process similar to the flu. The player is still not at 100% and Athletic is waiting for the test results to make a decision.

In Fantasy terms, Laporte is again an option for matchday 9, although his limited collective work over the past few weeks advises caution before betting on him to start. His availability is confirmed, but his inclusion in Mestalla's starting XI is still not.
